If you're on OA now, you will need to leave the country so it expires. You then either re-enter on a tourism basis (TR or exempt) and get the non-O visa at an immigration office, or you get the non-O visa from an embassy or consulate. Either if these is a 90-day visa which can be extended at immigration for 12 months
