 in 2 years he can apply for a retirement visa. Right now, maybe ED visa, can also get a Business visa but it's more expensive (less hassle though).

I would contact many agencies and ask them their options, sorry I can't help more.

I recommended Elite fight club, thai coach and good training, not like in some gyms or you just hit the pads and you don't learn techniques
