What are the common mistakes that lead to DTV visa rejections in Thailand?

One of my friend application had the same issue, received a cancellation email on the same day, but that is because of input the wrong information about passport expiry date.

Inside the email they included the reasons of cancellation.

After that he recorrect it and submitted by paying the Visa fees again. Now got the visa, for your information.

No idea about immediate rejection.

What is the current status of Thai visa applications from Phnom Penh, Cambodia?

Recently, I barely even see anyone saying that they got the DTV from Cambodia, after the embassy change their processing period on 22nd of this month.
