yes it's correct. I applied for non o retirement in the uk. The visa on landing is three months enough time to put everything in place. All done in the first few days. Then sit and wait for two months for the funds to season there words not mine. Then go to the bank and for a conformation letter stating the money has been in for the necessary time. Don't ask for statement be sure to say conformation letter for immigration. A mistake I made. Then take everything to immigration and they will do the rest. There are fees involved you pay the bank for the letter and you pay for the paperwork process. A lot of signatures later they stamp your passport for one year.
It's not a problem as I have just done this yesterday. Just take your lady with you. The rules are not complicated inform them of your address, season the money, get a confirmation letter from the bank and your good to go. Good luck.
I'm applying for my first one year retirement visa, I deposited the 800,000 baht. To start the 65,000 option means starting from day one i assum. Am I right in thinking you can actually spend the 65,000. Each month after it's transferred also it seems a very expensive way of transferring small amounts multiple times. Hope you can advise me
