 as far as I experienced not. Even when I was in hospital for my second pcr Test they did not ask. Also for train ticket or house booking nobody asked.

I just always have my Thai pass code and my test results with me in case I got checked.

Got the same error I Thailand. Quarantinehotelstaff was not able to help… I tried reinstalling, I tried editing with the same result: invalid information (the info is correct by the way)

So I ended up never installing it again and had no problems so far (I am in Thailand since six weeks) 🤷🏼
