Got the same error I Thailand. Quarantinehotelstaff was not able to help… I tried reinstalling, I tried editing with the same result: invalid information (the info is correct by the way)

So I ended up never installing it again and had no problems so far (I am in Thailand since six weeks) 🤷🏼

as far as I experienced not. Even when I was in hospital for my second pcr Test they did not ask. Also for train ticket or house booking nobody asked.

I just always have my Thai pass code and my test results with me in case I got checked.

Hei, the app only works once you are in Thailand, no need to do anything now..confirmed with an agent and with my sister when she arrived 🤗

Got the same error in Germany. You need to do it in Thailand. Did it here in Thailand it worked at first try. In Germany I tried many times but always got the error. You can do it when you are here. Nobody at Suvarnabhumi cared for the Morchana App.

After scanning, my names are reversed and the Nationality and Passport fields are blank. I didn't fill in or change anything as you suggested and same thing: "Invalid.....

okay did you have multiple Thailand Pass approved? I had to try both of mine. Anyways I just scan and edit didn't change anything and saved. Took a few times... it is a really rubbish app.
