Hello everybody.

Does anybody know if the Ranong immigration is working at the moment? For touristvisa extension…

Or maybe any experiences?

Never been there before and it’s a small one.

Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Ranong immigration office is currently open for tourist visa extensions, although the border crossing for doing a visa run is not operational at the moment. While personal experiences suggest that small immigration offices are generally more efficient than larger ones, it's advisable to verify any specific processes beforehand.

I've only ever dealt with small quiet offices in rural Thailand, much better than the big busy ones from what I can gather

Deleted comment as misread your question. The immigration office is open. The border crossing for doing a bounce is not.
