 So if a 20 year is 1 mil, and a 10 year is "half price" that means a 10 year is 500k.

 I don't think a 10 year elite is available. I could be wrong.

I think 20 year Elite is the best value imo. Least amount of headache as well.

What kind of account? Bank account?

I opened a Bangkok Bank account on a visa exempt stamp 6 months ago. Depends how they feel that day from what I understand. Try the branch near St.Louis BTS. I walked right in and got one no problem.
