Answer summary
Traveling domestically in Thailand, specifically from Phuket to Bangkok, is relatively straightforward with several options for booking cheap flights. Recommended websites and apps include Skyscanner, Traveloka, and individual airline websites like AirAsia and Nok Air. Prices can vary, with recent quotes around 1500 THB for a one-way ticket booked in advance. Luggage policies often include a 7kg carry-on bag with additional fees for checked luggage. Vaccine certificates are generally not required for domestic travel, though it's advised to check local requirements.

Just book your flight like you normally would. Plenty of flights going daily. Also, as others have mentioned, you need your vaccine certificate.

Don’t need vaccine certification, can travel unvaccinated. Just a negative test result.

7kg carry on (but they didn't really check mine), and 20kg it's extra for 500thb. I ended up shipping it via Kerry Express to my address in BKK, for about 400thb (it was actually 75kg worth in 3 bags, easier to just have it delivered at my door vs me carrying in the taxi). You can just go to AirAsia's website and go through the booking process, you'll be able to see the prices of checked luggage options (20,25,30kg etc).
