Why do people worry about these things, you have been granted a 5 year visa that allows multiple entries, come as go as you please.

As long as you have not broken any Thai laws, been arrested before, got a criminal record etc then nothing to be worried about, just live your life πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ

I really feel Thai banks should allow DTV holders to hold a basic savings account with visa debit card, online banking linked to your Thai mob, if they have already vetted you for DTV why not, obviously if you start using the account for other activities with suspicious large in/out transactions they could easily freeze your account.

For the vast number of law abiding customers it’s a useful way to pay for local stuff. Of course some DTV holders might prefer to use wise etc for some payments
