not really, if you have been processed that quick, more than likely not a problem and more than often not ask for additional documentation once status has changed to pending approval Most genuine applications will be approved in 5 working days, unless there are Thai holiday interruption. It’s not complicated if you meet all the requirements.

They are cracking down on criminal activity relating to many foreigners Thai bank accounts, majority are genuine but it means the minority have made it difficult for the law abiding rest.

They would have already asked you for any additional information, so "Pending approval" means you should get formal approval within a few days! GL

Do it yourself if its for a DTV.. not difficult

These soft options are probably being abused so it’s likely they will close those down in the future, they are looking into this area, workcaction is the best option imo but obviously you can’t be unemployed.

it’s not a visa, just permission to enter for 60 days and have a nice stamp in your passport
