Go back to the Airport go to the top floor go to the information desk tell them about the mistake

They will call immigration Then immigration will come to you at the info desk and take your passport and correct the mistake.

thanks George yes I put the Visa number on the form and I told the IO I have a TV in the passport .......but didn't check before I walk away..... Think I'll go back to the airport tomorrow..... Thanks again Guys
