What are some recommended insurance companies in Thailand for personal injury, motorbike, and hospital coverage?

Pacific Cross, we have in/out patient cover. Xrays done once at Bangkok Hospital and claim was paid directly. A lot of hospitals contracted in to Pacific cross and bills get settled without any hassle.

Here in Hua Hin, many of the restaurants and coffee shops close down for low season, just no tourists and even with a lot of foreign retirees living here, not worth staying open. Also have a coffee shop and restaurant on every corner, lots of competition! Good luck!
