How long does it take to get a work visa for Germany?

It depends on the working efforts of the higher court (Oberlandesgericht) - can take up 12-15 weeks from my experiance ! For more you can send a PM !

When you enter again you get 60 days stamped again !

But this is not called visa on arrival - it's visa exemption entry !! This is a difference !
