Thailand 🇹🇭 so many questions and issues and changes all the time of visas. Philippines, just do your extension once a month and you can stay forever. It’s just getting a good contact at the local immigration office. Extension is around USD 50 a month. Rental in the province another USD 300 plus utilities and food. Living comfortably for around USD 600 a month. No deposit in the bank, all paperwork done by yourself. And if you an US ex-army there’s a special agreement that makes your life in Philippines easier, check on Google
