Yes you can , I use my Revolut for apply and it’s ok I receive the visa 2 weeks after sending all documents

You can do this it’s okay ! I enter with visa exemption and my dtv was approved after. After 1 month and half I leave Thailand 2 days and re enter with my dtv visa. there were no problems
