I was accepted for car finance… 1st I needed to be on a non im visa then it was just based on my Thai account having monthly overseas deposits (from my own uk account)

I have always arrived on a one way flight with a 60 day tourist visa. When you apply for the visa you need to upload a copy of your flight. I always upload my one way flight and has never been a problem.

I have a UK bank account with starling (who always give the best exchange rate on that day) I can send any amount of money to a thai bank account and the charge is £5

you can book and go to the airport if it doesn’t get cancelled yeah. If you get that far and don’t have a work permit, letter of permission from the Thai embassy, insurance, money to pay for state quarantine and so on and so on, then you will not be allowed to board the flight that you also will not be refunded for
