Yes. Until the airline you’re booked with says ‘no’.

You think you are so special. Immigration laws don’t apply to you. I will laugh when you get your comeuppance.

Of course, in real life you will be more like a mouse than a lion, and do everything you’re told.

As a tourist you get visa exemption. If you want to retire then there’s other options.

Now, if you were to explain what your requirements are, perhaps people here could advise you accordingly.

But, this guessing game as to what you want isn’t any fun.

So, take your pathetic sarcasm elsewhere.

What do you have to book ‘ridgidly’ in advance. I’m in Thailand for two months. No plans at all and nothing to force me to do anything. I didn’t have accommodation booked, domestic travel - nothing! I just turned up. No forms to fill in - just turn up.

The rules are there and they may invoke them but usually they don’t. It tends to get tricky when people are trying to live in Thailand but using visa exemptions instead of getting the correct visa. At that point immigration may ask for proof of exit ticket.

Now all you do is turn up at immigration with your passport and get a 60 day visa exemption. What’s so hard about that? That don’t even ask where you will be staying!

Yes. It can be a lot to gamble with yet cheap to buy out the risk.

I think he’s talking BS. But if I know the bank and branch then perhaps I can try.

Could have, would have…

It’s hard to maintain that lifestyle.
