Do I need to apply separately for my daughter as a dependent on the DTV visa, and what are the associated costs?

Not an expert but from the research I’ve done, I learned that the parent would need to complete the visa first and once it’s approved, apply for your dependents’ visa using information that connects them to yours. I hope that makes sense and helos
