I recommend

. She does great work for the PCR tests, and has her own clinic someplace on Suk. I believe she also works at Bumrungard as well.

I'm guessing you are referring to getting her a UK visa, correct? If so, ask at this group:

The overstay fine is 500THB a day, with a maximum of 20K THB. After 90 days of overstay, if you turn yourself in to immigration (by going to the "overstay" desk at international airports or the overstay counter at the borders when they reopen), you will be banned for one year. If you are caught while on overstay, the fine is 5 years.

For people who are 90 day on overstay or more, generally they are taken to an immigration judge where they would get blacklisted for a year, and the fine waived.

I'm glad everything worked out for you at the end 🙂 And I'm surprised they are not issuing the "Under Consideration" stamp anymore either 😮

> I thought my 90 days start from my first enter?

The policies for the 90 day report is immigration office specific. It may being:

- 90 or more consecutive days when you arrive in Thailand OR;

- 90 or more consecutive days when you are on the same extension of stay OR;

- If you are on an extension of stay that is longer then 90 days.

If they put a note in your passport saying you must submit a 90 day repot by April 20th, then that's when your first 90 day report is due. You do not need to file a 90 day report if you are in Thailand for less then 90 days as counted by the immigration office.

Depends on the immigration office. You are best going to the local police station in the province of your immigration office and file a police report for the missing document. You will take the police report to the immigration office, and ask for a new TM6. The immigration office will give you a new TM6.

Box number 2, print this out as proof:

"The Thai Immigration Bureau does not require a letter from the Embassy in order to extend a visa within Thailand. You can complete an affidavit at your local Immigration Office. If you want to remain in Thailand after your current visa expires or if you have questions about your immigration status in Thailand, you should speak to your local Immigration Office or visit the Thai Immigration website."

What I do is to write "60 days" on the length of stay, and for the reason I write "Extension of stay based on COVID-19"

I don't write full sentences.

My opinion: Let it be. Fill out the TM7. Submit it. The immigration officer may ask for proof. They may hand an affidavit for you to complete. Give the affidavit that you completed to the immigration officer with the e-mail from the German Embassy.

He's not making a false declaration. He needs to show one of the following:

1. A letter from your embassy saying you can not return, OR;

2. A print out from your embassy website saying they don’t issue the letters OR;

3. A print out of a letter from the embassy saying they don't issue those letters OR;

4. Cancelled airline tickets.

if he's from the UK, he meets the qualifications based on point 2 (the last time I checked)
