How can I book a scanning service for my stepdaughter's UK visa application in Thailand?

Hi, please help. We have applied for my step daughters visa. She is in Thailand. We paid for everything IHS, visa etc but we can't book for a scanning service in the UK for all the paperwork. Is this possible? You can't even call VHS Global.

yes UK visa. Great thank you. I have lost some hair and turned grey since doing visas. Lol.
