But: at least ten numbers didn't show up - they skipped those numbers pretty fast. My waiting time was ~20 Minutes
At Counter they handed me the affidavit form out - I gave then my prepared one. Saves time for everyone.
Edit:
They didn't want to see the email from embassy, that they are not issuing letters.
Also didn't want to see TM30
Lady told me the 60 day start today - that's fine.
Extension got approved directly with note I have to do 90 day report 20th of April. Which is one month after I will have left thailand.
For this I have a question: I thought my 90 days start from my first enter?
Do I do 90day report on the first 90 days or I use the date which they told me?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user shared their experience obtaining a Covid visa extension at Chiang Wattana, detailing their waiting time, the forms required, and the approval process. They noted that the immigration office did not request all the documents (like TM30 and embassy confirmation) as expected. The user was informed that their 60-day extension started immediately and that their first 90-day report would be due on April 20th, despite being uncertain about the calculation basis for this reporting period.
Hello ๐ did they ask you for proof of a return flight to your home country when you did the extension? The last time I did a covid extension (November) this was a requirement at CW.
Thank you! So essentially you just showed up and did the paper work required. Some say you need to show tm30 others say they donโt. Did you bring any other documents
yes, ground floor, just walk a bit around and you will find.
Copy just 4 baht for 2 pages, picture 100(4)

I'm glad everything worked out for you at the end ๐ And I'm surprised they are not issuing the "Under Consideration" stamp anymore either ๐ฎ

The policies for the 90 day report is immigration office specific. It may being:
- 90 or more consecutive days when you arrive in Thailand OR;
- 90 or more consecutive days when you are on the same extension of stay OR;
- If you are on an extension of stay that is longer then 90 days.
If they put a note in your passport saying you must submit a 90 day repot by April 20th, then that's when your first 90 day report is due. You do not need to file a 90 day report if you are in Thailand for less then 90 days as counted by the immigration office.
