Non-OA requires insurance and is for 12 months DTV give you five years with maximum of 180 days consecutive. In Oz we have an Non-OX which is also 5 years but is continuous

Carried out the boarder bounce yesterday and was rewarded with a year from yesterday as an extension

Well I have come back with a second year of insurance and no free kick, the IO lady said she has to use the first insurance up first as the second year doesn’t start until the first year finishes, I questioned this and the supervisor came over and agreed with her and told me when it runs out I have to go to local IO to renew
