yes and as stated on the website of the ministry of foreign affairs of germany i should be able to exit on exemption of visa twice a calendar year

i just called it "upgrade", didnt know how to call it otherwise

yes exactly, i am on my original entry stamp with 90 days until 19.2. and planning to leave exactly on the 19.2. and come back 23.2.

i dont have an extension yet.

on arrival i got 90 days with my ed visa

as these 90 days expire now i was thinking about getting an extension of stay, or leavinf the country and coming back with a tourist visa on arrival/exemption of visa

so if i exit on 19.2. and enter again at 22.2., i can get an exemption if visa for 30 days, right?

no i only have a reentry permit valid until 19.2.

but not extension of stay
