for people who don't get proper visas. They simply leave Thailand, and come back in and expect to stay for 60 days. Also, it's now 30 days, not 60 days, as a basic tourist. You need a visa in advance, to stay for 60 days.

he said, he stays for 4 months. Most people get a 2 week vacation. The new official rules, 30 days (no visa) beyond 30 days, you need an extended visa, upon arrival.
