I am trying 12 days before and failed. The embassy know the matter and not getting any action. There daily target 400 payments are fulfilling everyday. So, they have no headache about this issue. Meanwhile Ceylon Bank and some stupit IP hackers are paying collaborating each other. They are paying with high internet speed with own creating IP to payment system. As a result, they are taking more money from some agencies and individuals.
