I did full copy's of the passport's have you done the two forms, one from the passport office and one from the thai immigration you can download it from the website or they will give you an form when you get to immigration

I have a retirement visa and they asked for an bank statement for the year and your bank book this is at Bangkok immigration office

They told me that they only ask you if you have a retirement visa so be careful

as far as I know you put the 0thb in the bank for your frist year you can drop down to the 0 after the first 3 months, but it has to go back to the 0thb 3 months before you get your new visa as you want to use the 65k you will need to provide a bank statement for the thai immigration showing that you are getting 65k per month for the year at the same time for the visa as for the time you have to keep the 0thb in the bank after showing the funds to the thai immigration you will have to ask about their rules as I don't know for sure so sorry
