I believe that you will have to apply for an job outside of Thailand and your new employer will have to do the paperwork for you, I think the best way forward is to start with a job as school teacher teaching English but you will need to be able to speak thai as well as getting a job in Thailand with the paperwork, getting the TEFL would help.

Once you are here in a job you can look into the job you really want to do

If you have a thai girlfriend who is using a bank then try them frist and make sure that she will go with you
