So my suggestion would be translating the document to Thai and/or explaining to them that in your state of the USA, that document is the equivalent of what's called Certificate of Business Registration in most countries

Or better said. Are you applying in your country or in an Asian country? If the later, they might not be aware or the terminology used in your country. I just checked and it says in the USA the so-called Articles of Organization are a equivalent of that document.

What? Every company in the world has a Certificate of Business Registration (the name can vary per country), which is a government-issued document that states the company exits and it's registered.

I did mine on the computer. I don't think the visa website is perfectly optimized for mobile, but especially the payment function, I don't think it can be processed from a mobile.
