I did the same. Went to immigration, paid the fine, all smiles, no trouble , report date reset from that date.

I used to have 2 pension payments, one on the same day, one on a 28 day cycle. It was never a problem in Chiang Mai

I used to get 2 monthly payments from Australia in CM. Not a problem (proving it came from overseas via Wise was, however)

I had the same question, but as she says, it starts from the 1 year extension.

I have just converted to O visa, because the insurance I had came with so many exemptions as to be useless, & expensive. Better to keep the money to pay for emergencies.

I’m going through the same process in Chiang Mai. I just got back on visa exempt, is there a minimum waiting period before I can apply for the non-O? Also, do I need full banking details for the initial application (I already have 800k in the bank for the required period)?

If you’re doing a 90day report online you will need an up to date tm30. I was rejected for one night in a hotel in Chiangmai (I live in Chiangmai) 3 years ago. The local immigration office said the new stricter rules came from Bangkok. Renewing TM 30 was easy though- just showed my old one & passport, no landlord needed.
