there is no rules that in addition to visa anything is required, otherwise that would be stated clearly for everyone and everyone needs to have all the documents before flying to Thailand

I’m curious if it’s possible to sue an embassy for the unlawful documents requests, and if someone went this way for the precedent at least, since request for disclosing third party personal information is not a lawful request

they have to arrest first for some other reason, police would never check if you filled 90 days report or no before arresting you

That’s normal practice, no visa can be given for more than passport expiration date, since it’s attached to passport number and you can’t use expired passport, so if visa date is past passport expiration date that will not work anyway, and only may cause confusion.
