What are the best cities in Thailand for expats looking for genuine relationships and a good social scene?

I live in Hua Hin on the coastline. There are alot of foreigners her mainly old retirees. I live here also very nice place to live. I dont go to bars and hang with bar girls. I visit nightmarkets and travel to different places here. It is very affordable. I would definitely recommend it.
