There is no retirement visa. It’s O or OA non immigrant based on retirement. O.A. can alone in your own country. O can also in Thailand . Both you need money in the bank prior 3 months before and 2 months after…and if 800.000 can not lesser during the year as 400.000

I don’t see why one visa compared with an other should be different prices! Everything depends on how much you want to be insured and your age.

yes I have. But no health issues. A friend of mine has health problems and they accepted him (without those problems, because he was honest) and they made a suggestion that he could be insured completely if he payed a certain amount more.

you can’t be half owner of the land, or you have to make a company (51% Thai). But you don’t give 51% on Thai, but divide it to5 Thai with 10 or 11%, and it’s important they don’t know each other. If you don’t make a company you only can lease the land for 30 to 60 years.
