That's the generic info posted on all the consulate sites. If you try and follow the instructions from the infographic you'll find that South African passport holders do not qualify for eVisa. The system points you to the embassy. The the embassy points you to a visa agent, and finally the visa agent points you back to the embassy. The embassy is no longer accessible by the public and all visa applications are done through the VFS agent. I physically went there today. I am only reporting on what the officials told me. I also spoke with VFS and they have not heard of the DTV.

thanks 🙏 I was enable to create a login a few days ago I'll try again. They don't list their number anywhere either. A couple of months ago I was turned away in Penang, KL, and Kota Bahru. They couldn't process a South African passport (Non-b). I have to go back anyway and the DTV launched just in time to go for that instead.
