3.Spouse of DTV visa holders and children under 20 years old

*Evidence of relationship, marriage certificate, birth certificate, child certification documents

Supporting documents as specified in each type of DTV visa and

1.Original passport with more than 6 months validity

2.2-inch front-facing photos, white background, 2 sheets

3.Financial evidence of at least 500,000 baht, such as bank accounts, pay slips, or financial support letters

4.Objectives (cover page)

Visa validity 5 years, multiple entries

Period 180+180 days

All documents stamped with company certification In Thai or English. If not, it must be translated and passed through the Ministry.
