You just settle in... make sure your paperwork is correct as possible...people hold up the lines because they have not done their homework and not much prepared.. frustrating for those waiting and frustrating for the staff particularly visitors who are very aggressive at times...on first appearance the system looks confusing..take a breath.. ask others around you and what appears confusing can help....get there early... very early... its a busy one in pattaya...politeness will be met with politeness.. I would t want to work there for quids.
