Oh I know how it works but if they don't it's an easy 3500 for them. I just hope he got a reputable agent.

Yeah..What happens when you try to come back in and get denied? Where is the agent and what do they do on your behalf.

I could easily tell you to fly to Vietnam then come back in 24 hours and say "Sorry" or not answer the phone or your texts when you get refused.

If you have a tourist visa they should change it to reflect the visa. I had this happen to a friend last month at Phuket Intl and he went back and in 20 minutes it was updated.
