Where did the bt800k come from? Did you transfer it into your Thai bank account from an overseas source?

Hi , I just got my non O also UK passport.

Copy of bank book showing balance ( within 24 hrs of application for visa)

Statement from bank confirming the balance.

Copy of passport

Copy of TR visa stamp

Copy of TM 6

Copy of TM 30

Copy of landlord blue book

Copy of landlord ID

Copy of rental agreement

1x photo

Copy in colour 1 house

2 view of house showing the land and any other buildings around it.

3 you inside the house.

4 location on map.

1x visa application form.

All these copied twice so you have two sets .

All copies need you to add your signature.

I hear some immigration offices are asking for the photos in either landscape or portrait . For me I gave portrait and nothing was said.

I started my application in Surat thani immigration but was sent to koh phangan immigration where I am living. So the paperwork is the same at both offices .

Nearly forgot the easiest bit 2000 baht.

Hope that helps ๐Ÿ™

was this for a regular extension based on retirement? We did that in Chiang Mai and didn't need any photos, landlord ID or blue book. They accepted the TM30, rental agreement copy, prove of income affidavit from our consulate (yay Canada) and gave us back the hand drawn map. I guess maybe it was that badly drawn ๐Ÿ™‚.

I think they will as where you live seems to be very important to them . After giving all the information , they were supposed to come and visit me at home , but as far as I know they never did.

when you think it only costs 1900 baht per year or 3900 baht for the first 15 months ,it helps with the enthusiasm ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ™

This is the stuff youโ€™d need in Phuket. No idea if Chonburi would be different, but itโ€™ll give you an idea. Perhaps visit and ask for a handout of what theyโ€™d need specifically.
