Depends where you apply. Just upload your recent bank statement. Unless asked for more. And if they do.., Don’t worry it’s mostly to check you have a legitimate bank account and it hasn’t been set up super recently by a visa agent.

Has to be in a personal bank account. The 3 months is a requirement. But at the moment it depends on where you apply and that embassies policy.
