Lost 90 day reporting slip isn’t an issue for leaving the country as long the reporting is done, airport immigration doesn’t care about the slip.

It doesn’t matter when you apply for the extension as long you do it before the 60 days runs out.

Some immigration offices ask you to do it in the last 2 weeks but this is not official.

You can use any insurance company if you do the extension in Phuket but the insurance policy has to be confirmed by the consul and at least 3 mm Baht insured policy.

No, you have to make a appointment and that Will take a long time.

Go to the DLT office to check you paperwork and they will provide you with a date.

It is very easy and not confusing.

Officially you need a onward ticket when travelling on a visa exempt.

But Thai airport immigration don’t always ask for it but most airlines will refuse to check you in as they are responsible for you in case you are refused entry into Thailand.

The visa isn’t for a 90 day stay but the visa has to be used to enter Thailand in the 90 day period.

You will get 60 days on arrival which you extend by 30 days.

As previously mentioned hand yourself in at the airport when leaving the country, you will be fined for 20.000 baht and blacklisted for at least a year.

If they stop you at the street you will be arrested and go to IDC deportation center in BKK after seeing the court.

You only can leave the country if you have the money and buy a single ticket to your home country via the IDC travel office. And you will be blacklisted for a longer period or lifetime.

As long you have the cancellation email with all the data from Qatar Airlines you should be fine and pay nothing.

I was talking about the fact that it is not required for the DTAC but the airport immigration can ask for it. (Two different things)
