You get a 2 year license with a DTV from your local DLT office. Documents required are on the website. At Chonburi you can walk in get a document check done then will be given an appointment sometime in the next weeks to return for the eye and reaction tests. After the tests they will print out your license.

nothing to do with dodgy agents or scam mule accounts. Both have been around for years. The crackdown is due to a new law passed earlier this year that makes the banks liable to cover customer losses due to fraudulent activity. What we are seeing is the banks reaction to their now exposed legal liability.

DTV are issued by Thai Embassies. Thai cooking is a soft power option. You cannot apply within Thailand.
