Any rebates you have living Australia will be deducted if living overseas longer than six weeks. For me it means $180 less.

Forget negative comments obtain 30 year registered lease with Lands Department you are in control of house until then.

All paperwork can be done at the same time.

I have done this because I prefer living in a house rather than a condo.

Keep health insurance in your own country. Any major hospital costs go back, for minor charges wear the costs. So far it has saved me I can’t get insurance here because over 70.

I mirror IPhone using WIFI with Samsung TV and see all AFL games with the Watch AFL and have no problems. I use AIS internet unlimited cost 899bht/month

I have pink Thai ID it took one and half hours of phone calls by bank to receive 2nd Kasikorn bank account. It was much easier to get a bank account 2 years ago.
