, nope. Would have been charged 200 usd as cleaning fee if noticed. Checked out over 3 weeks ago.

, do not need a balcony, nor opened window to smoke. Had spent 14 nights in quarantine in a hotel room that is strictly Non-smoking. Just smoke in the toilet and keep its door closed. The extraction fan will clear the air. Just remember to wipe clean the ceiling, walls, countertop, door and wash the floor, before checking out.

, in the West, they are separately defined as strata-titled or non-strata titled. Apartment in Thailand is non-strata titled, meaning the whole building plus the land is placed into a single title deed. Thus you can only rent an apartment unit, or buy the whole building and land.

Foreigners can only own condominium units, not apartments. And you are not allowed to register a company using the address of the condo as it is not a commercial property.
