What is the maximum file size for uploading passport photos for the Thai visa application?

Ladies/ Gents.

 Having spent most day trying to upload passport photo, and copy of passport, for it to be rejected, on application form state's size of documents is 0.5mb, could anyone have an actual size for these. 

Any help would be appreciated

I just downsized everything to the point of not being able to see anything and it was accepted! All the best with the rest of the process.

A number of people have said that the following works ... upload the photo to Facebook. Then save it from Facebook. Then use this resaved version. I'm told that it resizes just right.

Just trial and error on resizing via paint application on windows did it for me . A 50% reduction and then a further 20 or 30% usually did it

So annoying, when uploading the same documents for the CoE, you are given 5mb.

Hello Gareth.

Have sorted it now, had download photo shop, Passport photo was OK, it was Passport information was issue as cannot be over 0.5mb so everything good now, managed to save part of stage 3 now. As not sure date of travel yet. Thank you for information
