Came Pattaya May 14th. UK passport holder. With Non immigrant o visa. Refused by 10 banks to open a bank account. Tried 6 agents they cannot help either. Some Banks said it was A a tourist visa, one said I needed 0 -A visa. Others said I need a 1 year visa. Needed 1 year rental contract and residence permit. I will come back November and try again.

Arrived with non immigrant o visa 14th May.Have long term rental agreement letter from hotel plus 4 months if receipts when i stayed there from November to mid March. So far refused by 9 banks to open bank account. Three said I had a tourist visa. One said I need a 1 year visa. Approached 4 agents who said they cannot help at this time.

I have a younger Thai girlfriend and accept I am buying delusion and to her it's every day survival. I am having a fabulous time with her and it costs me very little of my money. We are both getting what we want. We both have other options. Like all relationships it will last as long as we both want it to.
