You can continue to do that but you have high chances that you will get rejected. From your records they will know that you are trying with border bounce to stay in Thai.

Yes definitely you can do that leave and back again. But there will a time immigration will reject your entry.

Even if you get another 7 days extension, after that you still have to leave Thailand. You can continue doing that till immigration reject your entry. Immigration will reject your entry once they find out you are abusing the system.

Everything is about cost. If you can't afford the cost I would suggest stay in your own country.
