Not true. My 58 year old drinking buddy got an ED visa last year! There's no age limit in digital nomads!

It would make EVERY long term visa obsolete. I'll be the first to quit the retirement visa and become a "digital nomad" - apparently the only criteria is you sit in a coffee shop for four hours a day, using the free WiFi, and nursing one cheap coffee! I reckon I could do that! 😂😂😂

Without a degree legally you can't teach in Thailand, but some language schools will employ you at crap pay. Don't expect more than 25k per month. With regards to online teaching you can do this illegally, but every Tom Dick and Harry is doing this, so don't expect a livable income

I never had a problem but I think things are easier in Australia. Australian Federal Police check was about $50, the health certificate from my doctor was free.
