IATA is a non-regulatory body. The airlines make their own policies under their T&C. But hey! You believe what you want. This forum is about people's experiences and many have stated that they're asked for it

said. Entry is never guaranteed, but the chances of being denied on an METV are extremely slim, as this visa is designed for this type of use. It's only if you have a history of bouncing that you may questioned. As Brandon says, if you use a border bounce transport company you'll be ok. If you're in Bangkok I always suggest

March next year is nine months away so not many options. Perhaps the best is to return to your home country, get the METV, and come back on that, which will give you the desired time
