Phum nam rong but i do not know if it is open,you could ask at the bus station,there is a bus to the border from kanchanaburi...i heard the ranong crossing is open atm

Been living in cambodia for 9 years...most expats that "try" to live in cambodia cannot get a visa in thailand or vietnam...anyway i would not compare cambodia with those countries
