My friend married a Thai man and she tells me the visa is very easy to get, in fact a great deal easier than a man marrying a Thai national as I believe there is no requirement to have 400,000 baht deposited into an account. Immigration here will tell you of the requirements needed. I jumped through a few hoops but got it relatively easy enough. You'd be better to post a question on here direct though.

I agree, I dread going back, my fantastic tenants are leaving and I know that I won't get anyone of their calibre again. There are so many horror stories out their so I decided to sell. I want a stress free life here........don't we all? 😂😂
